Click & Collect

Step 1: Select pickup

Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, choose Pickup, & select your store.

If item is out of stock, the store will order it in for you (some exclusions apply).

Step 2: Wait for pickup notification

We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

Please wait until you receive this before you come to the store.

Step 3: Pick up your order

Head to the store or warehouse specified on the email.

For store pick-ups park in the dedicated Click & Collect carparks, located directly outside the front door.

Step 4: Go to the Click & Collect counter

For store pick-ups for appliances & technology go to the Computers Service Counter and for furniture & bedding head to the Bedding Cashier. For warehouse pick-ups go to the counter at the warehouse entrance.

Bring your order number and valid ID.
